Chris is a Detroit-based theatrical Lighting Designer, Programmer and Electrician; presently he is working towards a B.F.A., in Design and Technical Theatre from Wayne State University with an an anticipated graduation in 2028. He is motivated by new works and collaborative dramas that invite audiences to ask their own questions about the world; however, he isn’t afraid to design major musicals that welcome audiences to just have a good time. Chris has experience from outdoor community theaters such as Shakespeare Royal Oak, to Broadway recognized regional theaters such as Theatre Aspen. Outside of the theater, you’ll find Chris outdoors often hiking or taking photos, visiting farmers markets & unique restaurants, and spending time with friends!
